Some of the fields have special formatting, like the address and time fields. Ensure the file's format is identical to the template.
Include 'Submission Date' column in template file. (d/m/Y H:i:s) format
Use new lines as separators in multiple selections
.csv template format
- The top line of your csv file should be identical and the remaining lines should match the format.
nb: For matrices separate columns with "|" and rows with ","
nb: If there is no data for a certain column leave it empty but remember the commas.
